About me

I'm Clare - Mindset and Leadership Coach for creative and adventurous people, longing to making lasting changes in their life.  My expertise involve supporting clients with a wealth of issues including; burn-out, low confidence, and impostor syndrome.  My work is underpinned by own lifelong, commitment to self discovery and discipline, supported by my internationally recognised Coaching certification and training with Co-Active Leaders and previous 12 year career in Social Work and Criminal Justice.

You are in safe hands, I have a huge heart and I have heard IT ALL! Nothing is off limits and you have complete freedom to be yourself.

My passion truly lies in witnessing people evolve into the creative, confident and energetic person they long to be, and holding the space for people even when they can't see it themselves.  I am fortunate to have clients and friends in music, fashion and tech and I know how exhilarating and exhausting this work can be, let alone trying to manage your life on the side.

Coaching is completely confidential, and creates a courageous space for you to explore the 'real' issues, shift your perspectives and be a leader in your own life - without the need for approval, external validation or permission of others.

I will be donating to two charities each year:

A portion of all profits at Seven Coaching goes to charity.  Each year Seven Coaching donates to two incredible organisations.  This year the chosen charities are:

Birkdale School Charity for Nepal. I attended Birkdale sixth form and took part in two charitable trips to Nepal to volunteer with the school's charity.  I have seen first hand where the money goes.  It helps a leprosy colony, a school for orphans, the Peace Garden School and so much more.  It has helped rebuild public buildings and housing after natural disasters and supports the Nepali teachers who work tirelessly in the schools.

Virunga National Park Charity - Africa's oldest National Park and the continents most biologically diverse area.  Not only does this charity provide a safe haven for some of the world's most endangered animals, it also supports the widows of the rangers who have been killed protecting the animals.
